By submitting this application, you attest that you understand that a completed application does NOT guarantee you a puppy. You are also consenting to the breeder’s use of any personal information provided. You understand that applications are a screening tool for the breeder and are not binding. You may withdraw your application at any time if you decide not to pursue a Golden Retriever puppy from Laurelin Goldens.
